Definitions
Captive Owner / Risk Manager
Individual whose primary job duties are as a risk manager and/or owner of a captive insurance company or risk retention group. Corporate service providers with their own captive do not qualify.
Corporate Service Provider
Individual who provides business services to captive insurance companies, risk retention groups, or the designated representative of a captive owner.
Member
Individual who maintains a current membership with the Arizona Captive Insurance Association (AzCIA), Missouri Captive Insurance Association (MOCIA), Nevada Captive Insurance Council (NVCIC), or Utah Captive Insurance Association (UCIA).

How do I register to attend?
Register online through our registration portal.
What is included in my registration?
There are four full-conference registrations: Captive Owner/Captive Manager/Risk Manager, Corporate Service Provider, Group Registration, and Regulator. All include Day 1 Captive 101 plus the welcome reception and exhibits; Day 2 access to all sessions and exhibits with breakfast, lunch and happy hour; and Day 3 access to all sessions and exhibits with breakfast.
Can I register more than one person from my company?
Yes. After entering the first attendee's information, click “Add Another Registrant” to pay for multiple registrants at checkout. For five or more people from the same company, choose the Group Registration option to save.
Is my registration transferable?
Yes. To update or transfer a registration, contact us. If the name on the registration does not match the attendee, please let us know so we can update our records ahead of time.
Refund & cancellation policy
Requests for refunds must be received in writing by WRCIC headquarters at least two weeks prior to the first day of the event for a full refund. No refunds will be issued if written notice is received within two weeks of the first day of the event. Substitutions are encouraged.
