WRCIC accepts proposals for presentations for their annual Conference. The 2027 conference will take place in Kansas City, MO, on May 3-5, 2027.

Helpful Guidance for Submissions
WRCIC is looking for creative and stimulating sessions that provide relevant and germane ideas significant to today's captive insurance industry and those that consider the captive industry's future.
While all presentation proposals are welcome, the 2027 Planning Committee is particularly interested in presentations highlighting the valuable role of captives to address the challenges of newly emerging risks, coverage availability/affordability, increasing deductibles, and regulatory scrutiny.
Topics of Interest
Submissions Should Include
- Concise and descriptive title
- Summary of pertinent and unique content (no more than 100 words). Session content to be educational in nature without promotional logos or to promote a specific product that a service provider may have.
- List of proposed panelists. Panels should include no more than three speakers, and we encourage submissions to include diverse panels in gender, race, and/or ethnicity, where possible. Preference will be given to panels with at least one captive owner.
